Carolyn’s motto is “Faith, Family and Friendship” and is evident in the relationships she has built in her years of real estate related businesses.
Her career in Real Estate started in a Family appraisal business where she earned a Certified Residential Appraisal License. Her education in “Property Value” has carried over to the always difficult task of determining Market Value of a specific property.
Christine, along with her husband, Matt and children, Skylar and Ryan, moved from the Dallas area to Ardmore four years ago. “We just got tired of all the traffic as well as the hustle and bustle of such a big city”. She and her family love living in Ardmore because, even though it is a city, it still has the small town feeling. “We are so happy that we get to raise our children in such a wonderful community”.
She brings with her 18 years of banking and mortgage lending experience. She is a full time associate and would love to help you with selling or buying your home. Raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, Christine went to the University of Tulsa and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Communications. She met the love of her life, Matt, in Oklahoma City when she worked with both of his sisters at the first mortgage company she ever worked for. They recently celebrated 10 years of marriage. Skylar, who is a sophomore at Plainview High School, is a varsity cheerleader as well as a trainer for the girls' basketball team. Ryan, who is 9, is a football player, basketball player and a soccer player and is also on the honor roll at Plainview Intermediate.
Christine is also a Zumba Instructor at the Chickasaw Wellness Center where she teaches two times a week and has been an instructor for four years. “I absolutely hate cardio, but Zumba is the exception because it is so much fun. I love my church, spending time with my family and friends, gardening, home improvement, home décor and the beach”. She is a member of the Calvary United Pentecostal Church in Ardmore. She also loves crafting activities which includes, crocheting, quilting, and many others.
Janet Bateman came to Claudia and Carolyn Realty in 2013 after being affiliated with another Ardmore broker for the past four years. In addition, she has worked for the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce, Ardmore Development Authority and Ardmore Convention Center for 28 years helping grow the community we live in. Previously, she was a self-employed Petroleum Landman. Through economic development and landman experiences, Janet gained relevant knowledge of Ardmore, commercial property and title documents.
Raised in Ardmore, Claudia has a son, Christopher, who is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a Major in Finance and Economics with a minor in Accounting, and employed with Chesapeake Energy in Oklahoma City. Claudia married her “first love” from high school 10 years ago and now has the daughter, Emily, she always wanted. Emily is a graduate of OU with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and practices in Oklahoma City. Her husband, Stan is the retired Executive Director of Adult Day Services, a retired school principal and has the same birthday as her son-funny how things turn out! For Claudia, life is good.
Claudia loves working in her garden, laughing, golden oldies music, and the ocean. She is blessed with her two granddaughters, Heidi who is eight and Rosie who is one and a half. Claudia cherishes her family, friends, and freedom. Being a baby-boomer, she realizes how fortunate she is with so many wonderful friends, family and a successful business. Knowing this, Claudia is eager to volunteer with Ardmore’s Soup Kitchen. She serves on the board of the Ardmore Day Nursery & is the President of the Board of Arbuckle Life Solutions and serves on the Board of Ardmore Village. She is a member of St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, the Goddard Center, Main Street Authority, and the Chamber of Commerce. Professionally, she serves on the board of the Southern Oklahoma Board of Realtors, is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a graduate of Leadership Ardmore.
Claudia works closely with many of Ardmore’s premier builders and enjoys her involvement.
Claudia has spent over 30 years in the real estate business and has been a top producer for 31 years. She is a full-time Broker Associate, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. She enjoys “selling Ardmore” because it has so many wonderful things to offer. A graduate of University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Claudia has a creative bend that allows her to “work deals” that may not happen otherwise. She taught school at Ardmore High School for seven and a half years and part-time at Oak Hall Episcopal School for several years.

The family has lived in five states with his career but after 42 years he “retired” and came home to Ardmore and is embarking on new career in real estate. Mike and his wife, Jacque have two children. Madison, their daughter, graduated from Plainview and attends the University of Oklahoma where she is majoring in Political Science with a minor in Spanish. She works in the Pasley, Farabough, and Mouledoux law firm and enjoys spending time on the farm in Love county with her Grandmother. Dayton attends Ardmore High School and is on the High School Tennis Team. The entire family is active in all facets of their church, St. Philips Episcopal Church, located in downtown Ardmore.
Jacque, a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University works at Ardmore‘s Charles Evans School. The family loves to travel and do so as often as possible. Mike also is a farm boy at heart as is evident by his garden and urban poultry “condo” that he has at his home. Mike and Jacque have been married for over 27 years and celebrate their anniversary each year on February 14.
Janet received her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Texas Tech University. Her interests include family, gardening, traveling and home improvement and décor. She is married to Jerry Bateman and has three step-children, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
